Directions:

Combine lemon juice, and bitters in a shaker with ice.
Shake and strain into a glass over fresh ice.
Add 7Up.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
Best served in a collins glass.

Dash Angostura bitters
4.5 oz. 7Up
Lemon, for garnish

Watermelon Fresca
Directions:

In a cocktail shaker, muddle the watermelon.
Add the tequila, orange liqueur, and ice cubes.
Strain and pour into a cocktail glass.
Add 1-1/2 oz. of 7Up, top with ice, and stir.
Garnish with a watermelon cube.
Best served in a rocks glass.

Ingredients:

3/4 oz. orange liqueur
4 one-inch seedless watermelon cubes
1-1/2 oz. 7Up

7Up Guacamole
Directions:

Cut avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the middle into a medium bowl.
Add 7Up and lime juice, and mash with a fork until it reaches your desired consistency.
Add in pico de gallo, and gently stir to combine.
Season with cumin, salt, and pepper, to taste.
Serve immediately.
