The process of formation of a bread begins with seed. The best bread is made up of the purest seed by grinding correctly, combining with the highest quality ingredients and a unique production method.
By working diligently on all these processes, doing R&D, we were able to uncover a unique bread. Moreover, we carried out this as it should be in a natural way, without exposing any artificial, synthetic chemical process.
Our bread was produced from 100% whole rye flour milled in stone mill with traditional sourdough, combined with the purest salt in the world and separated from the previous dough. (we do not use industrial yeast)
