Q. Can this keyboard be connected via Bluetooth?

No. It can only be connected via 2.4G with a dongle.

Q. Compatibility of OS and computer port.

Compatible with Windows, Mac, and Chrome OS (PC/ laptop with a USB-A port)
Not compatible with Mac mini, Mac studio, XBOX, Samsung Smart TV, KVM switch boxes, Port replicators, Docking stations, and USB hubs.

Q. Cmd key doesn't work on mac OS.

You need to press "fn+Q" to switch to mac OS mode every when you turn on the keyboard.

Q. Keyboard isn't working/synchronizing with the device.

Keep the iClever charged.
Make sure that the receiver is connected directly to the computer instead of an external hub.
Make sure that there is no barrier isolating the keyboard from the receiver.
Try plugging into different USB ports.
Restart your device.
Try plugging into a different computer to verify the issue.

Q. Delay when typing/keys do not work correctly.

Keep the keyboard charged.
Make sure that the receiver is connected directly to the computer instead of an external hub.
Move the keyboard closer to the USB receiver. If the receiver is at the back of your computer, it may help to take it to a front port.
Upgrade relevant drivers if available.
Check if there is any Windows update running in the background causing the delay.
Try plugging into a different computer to verify the issue.

Q. Charging indicator switches over red and green.

This is normal. The reason is that the battery state switches over charging (red) and fully charged (light off) if you don't unplug the cable.
