Introducing the Thrustmaster TFRP (T.Flight Rudder Pedals), the first rudder to feature the innovative S.M.A.R.T (Sliding Motion Advanced Rail Track) slide rails system. With 25 years of expertise and leadership, Thrustmaster has created a device that is highly requested by members of the flight sim community.
The S.M.A.R.T system boasts four slide rails made of industrial-grade aluminum, providing a perfectly smooth sliding motion. The self-centering rudder axis offers a balance between smoothness and resistance for re-centering, allowing for the most accurate maneuvers with 1024 values on the rudder. The rudder axis also has a long range of travel for precise maneuvers.
The TFRP features two differential brake pedals for optimized flying. The large pedals are 10 inches/25 centimeters (12/45 shoe size) and have a rounded central pivot with a central grip on the differential brake’s axis. The pivot angle has a 15 range of travel, allowing for deliberate activation and avoiding inadvertent activation when using the rudder.
The versatile ergonomic design is suitable for all types of flight, including aerial combat, space adventure, and civil flight. With the heel-rest removed, you can control the rudder using the ball of your foot, with your heel on the floor. With the heel-rest in place, you can rest 100% of your foot on the pedal.
The TFRP has USB and/or proprietary RJ12 connectivity and works with all joysticks on the market thanks to Thrustmaster’s drivers on PC (Windows 10/8/7/Vista). It is also compatible with all games supporting multi-USB and rudders on PC and on PS4, and connects directly to the Thrustmaster T.Flight Hotas 4 joystick. The official PlayStation 4 joystick is also compatible with PC (sold separately). Download the drivers from the ts.thrustmaster.com website.
