Our Features That Make Us Different
We grind Siyez wheat in our stone mill located in our production plant.
We use only bran in our bread, 100% whole-wheat Siyez flour in the rushimmy.
We steam our bread for long hours in our special design stone oven. In our bread, baked by brewing, usefulmicroorganisms continue to live in this way.
We stimulate dilintate receptors by cutting the thin slice range (6.5mm) which is the only one in Turkey with our special machine. Thus, the taste remains on your palate.
On top of our bread, we sprinkle dried Pelemir grass and donut grass, which is an endemic and medicinal plant, before entering the oven. (Pelemir, Turkish scientists have discovered compounds used in cancer treatment and research is still underway.)
