How long can I use the headset and battery strap when fully charged?
The battery strap has a capacity of 6400mAh, which is about 2.7 times that of the headset battery. When fully charged, it can add approximately 2.5-4 hours (depending on the app) of use time.
Can the battery strap fit in the KIWI design QP03 carry case or the official case?
Yes, it can fit in both cases, but you need to detach the back bracket and cable clip to ensure a proper fit. However, it is not recommended to put it in the official carry case as it may be crowded and damage the devices.
How do I install the head strap quickly?
To install the head strap quickly, snap the back pad bracket into the rear battery strap according to the corresponding L and R marks. Then, align the side straps with the arms of the headset and snap them on by applying pressure on the strap.
