Please be sure your devices have the mirroring function. If the projector has an image but no sound, please check the Audio Setting on your Amazon Fire TV and try turning off Dolby Digital Plus, and the sound will be normal. It is recommended to use the original USB data cable for wired connection for your phone. The projector is not recommended for presentations, and you will get the best effect in a dark enough environment. The fluency of screen mirroring with wireless connection will be affected by the network environment.
To connect to a Bluetooth device, make sure you have connected to WIFI before connecting the Bluetooth device. Ensure the Bluetooth device is in Pair Mode before clicking the scan button. Start the projector and click on Setting-Find the Bluetooth Key and turn on the Bluetooth-then press Scan to pair the devices. Please note that Bluetooth is a technology transmitting audios, not videos. If you want to cast the device’s screen, please use the function “iOS cast” or “Miracast.”
