Wild berries grown in the valley are boiled in boilers and extracted from it, flour, milk and honey are added to the resulting wort and boiled. The mixture is obtained, which the people of the locals call herle. In the mixture with the end of the cooking period, the walnuts grown in the valley are extracted and sorted into the rope, then dipped 1 time, removed and dried. After this process, which gives the name to the product, the portion of each part remains in a thin layer and the walnut ratio is offered for sale at least 60%.
